Auto Japan did the work in a very reasonable time & was honest with what needed to get done. I appreciated the conservative route with one of my issues.

Great experience - they were ready to start on my car right at the scheduled appointment time, finished right when they said they would, and Cindy was very helpful and kind enough to extend the new customer discount. Thbe waiting room wifi is a bonus; I was able to work while waiting for my car instead of imposing on anyone for rides back and forth. I'll definitely be back!

They just took care of me at a very short notice! Everyone is great, from Cindy at the front desk, to Vaughn and his mechanics! Also, Vaughn's dad is usually in the waiting area greeting and chatting with people, old style manners, very charming!

Even though I see many new cars being serviced, my old car (over 20 years old) still gets top treatment. And you know, for an older car, that really makes a huge difference in reliability and how well it runs. Thanks!
