As always, everything was exactly as it should be. The staff was ready and on time for my appointment. Up front and honest about the recommendations. Offered a loaner car when it was determined I needed a new battery. All service and repairs were completed earlier than expected. The front office staff is top notch and friendly. The mechanic even waved and said good-bye to me as I drove away. I have brought various cars I have owned over the years and always receive excellent service at fair prices.

I've been bringing my two vehicles, a 2007 Lexus GS350 and a 1996 Toyota Tacoma, for over 15 and 20 years respectively and they both run perfectly and have never missed a beat! Vaughn does simply amazing work at a fair price and I love that he always explains in detail what he has done and why it needed doing. I trust him implicitly. Also, he always lets me know if there is a major repair coming up in the future. The service here is prompt and the front office staff couldn't nicer or more accommodating. I wouldn't even consider taking my vehicles anywhere else! Vaughn, you may never retire!
