Honest and fair all the time! I’ve taken my Toyotas here for years and always get excellent service. Yesterday I dropped off our 4Runner do diagnose a noise from the engine and they took care of it by adjusting a belt at no charge! That shows you how honest they are!

Auto Japan is the best! I've now spent over $3,000 on my 15 year old Lexus and my 16 year old Honda and I'm HAPPY about it! I doubt anyone else's review can say that. Cars needed work. They knew how to fix it. They knew what didn't NEED to be fixed that other shops said DID. They fixed the problems, were fair, communicative, and always helpful and cordial. An amazing business, professional, well versed in car maintenance, but add to that, the ability to be honest with the customer, anticipating what is necessary and what is not essential right now but will be in the future. Today, I stopped by without an appointment as a lighted signal on my dash said something needed attention. It was handled, fixed and I was on my way.
