HONESTY , friendly communication, straight forward information about what was included in a maintenance and why. How long certain maintenances lasted. Very clean facility. My car is 12 years old and drives like the first day I drove off the dealers lot. And…they pay attention to details! I’m a bit OCD about my car and Auto Japan is the best medicine!
