As always, excellent service on our Nissan Murano. Auto Japan's team is highly skilled and have serviced our Nissan and Toyota vehicles since 2019. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

HONESTY , friendly communication, straight forward information about what was included in a maintenance and why. How long certain maintenances lasted. Very clean facility. My car is 12 years old and drives like the first day I drove off the dealers lot. And…they pay attention to details! I’m a bit OCD about my car and Auto Japan is the best medicine!

Even 'tho I live quite a distance from Auto Japan, I would not go anywhere else to have my car serviced. I've been a happy customer for quite a few years now--they are consistently good at what they do, i.e., all aspects, from explaining the type of work that might have to be done, to arranging convenient appointments. A pleasant office in case one has to wait, with efficient and knowledgeable staff to answer questions.
