I have been taking my car and my wife's car to Vaughn at Auto Japan (formerly Supreme Foreign Auto) for many years now. Vaughn is very professional and his techs are as well. You get the feeling that they really know what they are doing and they very honest. They have a very nice waiting room and very good service. They are always willing to give you a ride or pick you up when needed. Like the first review says "they are not the cheapest in town" but you will never get work you don't need or overcharged, it is worth it you get what you pay for. I highly recommend Auto Japan as a place to get A++ honest and friendly service.

Good, thorough service. Cost was average. The owner pointed out an issue with my back tires I wasn't aware of. Will return in the future for other service.

I have recommended Auto Japan to numerous people because they are so far above and beyond every other auto repair shop I have ever experienced that it is unbelievable. I have never had them say or do anyting in leass than an honest and professional manner. They call and explain whenever they find something else that needs to be fixed and let you make the choice of how they will proceed. Awesomeness.

When I first moved to Santa Rosa from AZ, I needed to get holes drilled for my front license plate. I called a Toyota dealer and was quoted a price of $40. When I found Auto Japan in the yellow pages, they said bring it by and they'd drill me a couple of holes - no charge. That was the start of a wonderful sense of security. As an elderly lady with no family nearby, I knew I could be a sitting duck. But, without fail, Vaughn and his crew helped with whatever my car needed. I always felt he had my back and was keeping me safe as economically as possible. I'm moving away now and wish I could convince them to open a branch in TN. I unequivocally recommend them as the "go to" place for car care.

They are so trustworthy- offering advice about what is needed and what I can skip- not trying to get as much money as they can out of me. They even gave me a discount because they liked my liberal bumper stickers!

Vaughn is awesome and his father is too! I needed work done on my Highlander and he was so efficient and explained things to where we could understand it. He also does not nickel and dime you! I'm already looking forward to my next visit to get my head lights restored. Thanks Vaughn!

I've been searching for a good certified Toyota mechanic since we moved up here. I believe we found one. Vaughn was very thorough and professional giving me info about what services we would need for my Highlander. He also told us how often we should bring in my car. In the past, I was taking my car in every 3,000 miles but now I don't have to bring it in 3,000 miles. I will be bringing it in every 5,000 miles. It will sure save me money. I'm very happy with Auto Japan.

Awesome job, yet again. I swear, my car actually FEELS more powerful!! I went back for a bigger job this time: they replaced my radiator and head gasket. They even let me borrow their zippy Yaris for a few days while they worked on my car! This is super important to me, as I commute from Healdsburg to Petaluma every M - F for work. They did such a fantastic job, as usual. And they always try and get your car back to you as soon as possible, which I appreciate. They know how your car kind of feels like your baby and they make sure to treat it with supreme care. Thanks again you guys!!
