Vaugn and his staff are great! Vaugn always checks in personally to inform me of the needed repairs and fix what I want or need fixed. It's so refreshing to have a mechanic that can be trusted not to recommend unnecessary repairs! Best mechanic I've every worked with!!!

The service from start to finish was exceptional. My car broke down 20 minutes before my start time at work but thanks to their team, I made it on-time. The loaner car was perfect and I received two calls, one with an estimate and a follow-up call notifying me to pick up my car at my convenience. Auto Japan is a well oiled, customer focused machine of perfection.
