Friendly service

I had been taking my car to Auto Japan for many years, but after I purchased a new car in 2013, I stopped going to Auto Japan and went to my new car dealer where I was just another faceless number. I'm so glad I went back to Auto Japan because they are extremely honest: for example, they did not try to get me to purchase products like tires that the other mechanics said I needed. They worked on my car, gave me a free loaner and I picked it up the next day. Extremely satisfied.
