Friendly Service, attention to detail and willingness to help -this is what I find at Auto Japan. I had a regular service in December with excellent attention to the details of my 2020 Hybrid. Yesterday at 8am, my Hybrid froze and the battery quit. AAA quickly jumped it for me and Joanna ordered the correct battery AND gave me a car to use because, of course, it was a jam packed day for me. I am filled with gratitude for their kindness and quick response. I was able to pick my car up before 3pm. Thank you.

I chose this business based on excellent reviews from a local website. I was impressed with how quickly my car was serviced. My experience with a local dealer usually led to a 3 hour wait, but AJ finished in 90 minutes. I had made an initial visit thinking that the car needed a 60k-mile major service like my previous car, which I'd had for 19 years. They were kind enough to enlighten me about the habits of my newer car, and explained how it would tell me when it needed servicing. Turns out my car had quite a ways to go before it asked for attention. During my servicing visit, I appreciated the quiet waiting area and the calm and friendly staff.
