My experience with a local dealer usually led to a 3 hour wait, but AJ finished in 90 minutes. I had made an initial visit thinking that the car needed a 60k-mile major service like my previous car, which I'd had for 19 years. They were kind enough to enlighten me about the habits of my newer car, and explained how it would tell me when it needed servicing. Turns out my car had quite a ways to go before it asked for attention. During my servicing visit, I appreciated the quiet waiting area and the calm and friendly staff.
