Auto Japan has been my go to auto repair company for many years, they are dependable, honest, knowledgeable, do great service, and have a friendly and helpful staff.

As always, the work was timely, efficient and professional. I cant imagine going anywhere else for car maintenance and repair.

Great people to work with! Johanna was in touch with me through the entire process of getting my car road ready to travel to Alaska. They didn't try to talk me into doing unnecessary work and now I feel more confident that I can safely get to my next job in Alaska then back home to New York. Auto Japan is always timely, the car is done when they say, or before. The invoice is always for the amount they quoted. There is a comfortable palace to sit and read while I wait and on Monday and Tuesday, Axle, the rescue dog, is there to talk to.
