As always, the team was great! They explained every service needed and included me in decisions about the findings of wear and tear. I have a customer for over a decade and will only take my vehicles to Vaughn. I trust him, his team and secretly just go to hang out with his dog.

Auto Japan is very good with the details of repairing your car. Ive used them for several years and they get the job done right. Will continue to use them for my car repairs. Nice people to work with as well.

We are new to the area and had a great mechanic at our previous residence. We wanted a team that was reliable, honest, communicative and affordable. We found Auto Japan and have had 2 of our vehicles in to them. They are exactly what we were looking for in a new auto shop. I would highly recommend them.

Front desk very nice. Went to the wrong shop by accident and pre appointment I spoke to Vaughn who was very knowledgeable and maybe was trying to not set me up for disappointment due to my car's age. I felt he was talking to me like I was an unknowledgeable woman. He gave me alot of reasons why my ac probably wouldn't be fixable despite the fact none of the suggestions he made was realistic to my recent car use. However, it was a 32 dollar relay switch and the ac is testing at 45 degrees. They also vacuumed my car, put some oil in and fixed the issue. Vaughn reviews are great. Maybe I caught him in a bad day. I would definitely go back if it was closer to home. Overall 5 stars. Thanks!!!
