Good mechanics are hard to find and I like Auto Japan because I'm given recommended repairs so I know what's coming. I can email them and ask any questions I have on said repairs. The issues/repairs are explained in a way my non mechanical mind can understand, too. Beyond great mechanical skills, the staff has always been open with estimates and pricing but they are also just nice, kind people. I feel that the work completed has always been a job well done without unnecessary extras.

Wonderful service! I went in because my car was shaking and pulling to the right, also my back seat wouldn't decline (super inconvenient when moving!) and my lights weren't working properly. First off, the staff is great! The receptionist, Cindy was super nice and welcoming. Vaughn was also very kind and took the time to explain everything to me. He took my car for a test drive and was able to narrow down my options. In the end, they didn't charge me for anything, as Vaughn recommended I wait until my 100K service. This was surprising as the test drive normally had a cost to it. I will definitely be coming back and I highly recommend them for anyone looking for car repair and good service! Also, back seat was user error, which Vaughn showed me that it has a locking feature.
