Very pleasant experience as a first time customer. Service was professional, courteous and timely. Left feeling my car was truly serviced to a standard I desired and appreciated. The loaner car was a real plus as it was a newer car.

Auto Japan gets 5 stars across the boards. From the front end desk and customer communications to the mechanical and oversite I always leave satisfied and worry free. I have 120K plus miles on my vehicle. Auto Japan will handle all my major stuff!

Always great service! I mistook the little sticker in top driverside windshield for a discount, my mistake it isnt confusing, and the ladies in the office were really nice about it and gave me a little off anyways. Also, less than an hour for service, definitely way faster service than at Manly Honda
