They were and always are fast, efficient and communicate well.
Always thorough and informative about work done and recommendations. Very accomodating as well to give a ride home if local within a reasonable distance and easy procedure getting a loaner car if arrangements are made in advance when making appointment.
As always courteous, honest, thorough, professional.
Fantastic, as always! Thank you
Another excellent excellent service from Autojapan. Highly recommend!
Best auto repair shop in Santa Rosa.
Honest folks who really know their stuff. Best people, best service. Period.
Excellent customer service, prompt and thorough car maintenance.
My '99 Camry has 200k miles on it and needed a valve cover job on all cylinders. The job was done faster than expected and a little below estimate. Vaughan explained in detail what was done and why. I always get clear answers from the mechanics at Auto Japan. An extra bonus was a much-needed car wash! Thanks!
