very professional and explains in detail what is needed to keep my Honda CR-V running in top shape. At 110.000 miles I had a tune up and they took my car to have it smog tested while I waited and read magazines of interest. Hot coffee, tea and chocolate were available when desired. Two great friendly Mom & Son dogs greeted customers and let it be known when their watering dish was empty.
