I called to get a diagnostic on my car, and the man who answered was very friendly. I made an appointment and took my car in the next day. I picked it up after a full day of them diagnosing everything. They let me know what was wrong and had already done research on competitive parts and prices. They were very honest and gave a fair price for all the things they needed to fix! The part came in quickly and they even offered to get me in before my next appointment, and conveniently pick up my car for me! Too bad I was out of town. My experience with them has been great so far. I can't wait to get my car fixed. I really appreciate how friendly and respectful they were, didn't treat me any differently because of my gender.
