Super fast, friendly and efficient. I came home from a long trip and after leaving my car sitting in the driveway for almost two weeks, the Check Engine light came on the first time I took it out. Pete said, "Bring it on in this afternoon". What a relief! The next day it was diagnosed and fixed and I had a loaner to use in between. It was also fun to go over paint swatches with Cindy and give my input for the redo of the waiting area!

Auto Japan always provides excellent service on your vehicle whether it is for maintenance or repair. They are very knowledgeable and will take the time to explain what your car needs. They also will not do unnecessary work on your vehicle. Greatest shop in town!

I called to get a diagnostic on my car, and the man who answered was very friendly. I made an appointment and took my car in the next day. I picked it up after a full day of them diagnosing everything. They let me know what was wrong and had already done research on competitive parts and prices. They were very honest and gave a fair price for all the things they needed to fix! The part came in quickly and they even offered to get me in before my next appointment, and conveniently pick up my car for me! Too bad I was out of town. My experience with them has been great so far. I can't wait to get my car fixed. I really appreciate how friendly and respectful they were, didn't treat me any differently because of my gender. I would recommend this clean and friendly shop! - Karen E
