They thoroughly explain problems and resolutions prior to work. Small and last minute "happenings" are repaired on the spot when possible. The wait room is comfortable with freshly brewed tea/coffee and 2 great dogs to make the wait like being at home in my living room - except I have cats!! For a single gal - I have total faith in what they tell me.

Auto Japan is in a class by itself--honest, dependable, always goes the extra mile, extremely clean shop, great customer service and excellent automotive repair knowledge. Can't say enough good things about them.
Very honest, hard-working and competent. Usually feels expensive but maybe I'm out of touch with standard fees. I like that they're a small shop, but a shuttle service or loaner car would make it a much easier experience.
