I highly recommend Auto Japan. Vaughn was extremely helpful, kind, and considerate. I am from Alabama and always had repairs done on my Toyota Rav 4 by a family friend who was a mechanic. When I moved to Santa Rosa and began having car troubles I was nervous to take my car to someone new. Auto Japan was fair in their pricing and did a great job repairing my car. I will definitely take my car here in the future.

I have been taking my 2001 Acura Integra to Vaughn at Auto Japan for about 11 years. Back then the shop was call Supreme Foreign Auto. Back then I was a single woman new to Santa Rosa. I went through the phone book and chose supreme foreign auto because they specialized in Japanese cars. My first experience with Vaughn was not only pleasant but I knew right away he was a man of integrity and took pride in his work. He cared and I knew I can trust him. I am now married and still continue to take my vehicles to Vaughn. When my husband needed a mechanic for his 1993 Nissan King cab, I sent him straight to Vaughn. Auto Japan has been the only auto shop to have ever worked on my Acura. We still have the Nissan, and also a Toyota Tacoma, all under the care of Auto Japan. I highly recommend Auto Japan for all your auto needs. The customer service is outstanding, and Vaughn only hires the best mechanics! Quality, Integrity honesty, need I say more! As a woman, when you find a good hair stylist, you stick with her/him, it's the same with a mechanic! I will always be a faithful customer...

As always, when my check engine light went on, I drove straight to Auto Japan and felt completely confident about leaving it for diagnostics. As my car gets older, it is such a relief to have the professional and courteous staff at Auto Japan looking after it and advising me on what repairs are necessary.

There aren't enough stars for the rating I'd like to give. Two years ago, I was in the market for a really good used car, I had a limited amount of time, and was not finding anything worth buying. Vaughn was inspecting a vehicle that I was about to buy and he warned me that it looked like trouble, and he took the time to show me why. Then he gave me an idea as to how I might find a good car. I followed his advice, and the next week I brought in another car for him to look at. He said something like--this is the best used car I've ever seen for the price. I bought the car, and the concern about finding a good mechanic was a moot point.
